A big KUDOS to all our students for their participation in Chamber Music Night on Monday. For those who may not have heard or known, all of our students performed music composed entirely by our high school students. They then learned and rehearsed it on their own in class. Students and families should be incredibly proud of these students for the work they put in. Only ONE performance to go for the year! Read on for information regarding our 6th Grade Concert and End of the Year wrap up: 6th Grade Concert 6th Grader should meet in the Hart Band Room at 6:30, dressed nicely for our concert on Tuesday, May 21. The performance will start at 7:00 in the Hart Gym. Inspired by a piece written for a school whose music program was cut, we will be sharing any donations from Tuesday with Crescendo Detroit to help provide students who may have limited or no school access to music programs instruments, lessons, and much more. You can check out this short video on the organization HERE. Students who did not perform at Chamber Music Night will perform as a part of our concert to earn their Chamber credit.
